Mandy Heward, CPM, was born and raised in Idaho. She is a member of the Idaho Mediation Association and is listed on the Idaho Supreme Court Child Custody Mediator Roster. Her background and training as a deputy clerk and court assistance officer in Cassia County coupled with her paralegal background makes her an extremely effective mediator. Her knowledge of the legal process greatly contributes to her ability to help guide her clients to reach successful resolutions. She especially enjoys empowering parties to make their own decisions rather than having those decisions given over to a judge. Mandy volunteers time to the various court mediation programs in the state and has been a valuable team member for more than two years. She is also trained in neuroscience-based approaches to mediation which makes her skillset one of the most effective and unique in the state. She enjoys helping the court and community by mediating child custody and divorce cases, as well as evictions and small claims cases. Mandy, through her association with NeuroMediation Group, oversees, coordinates, and provides mediation for Idaho’s first pre-filing eviction program in Blaine County. She is also a court appointed mediator for the Nevada Foreclosure Mediation Program and serves as a member of the Idaho State Bar Alternative Dispute Resolution section.
